If you have rather explicit content on your site, Adbrite is the best ad alternative to Google Adsense. One of their best features is the “InVideo” ad program that allow users to place ads on their own videos.

ZangoCash.
Quite unique. Instead of ads being placed on your site, Zango places real media such as celebrity videos and entertainment clips on your site then pays you per user install. Its a great addition to put on your site along with other standard per-per click ad programs such as Adsense.
